The #406 is a 12' x 16' off-grid cabin with open sleeping loft totaling 260 sq. ft. The Cabin design includes an open living room , dining room and kitchen with full height vaulted ceilings. The upper sleeping loft has 68 sq. ft. and a 7'-5" center height.
This off-grid cabin was designed for efficiency, practicality and beauty. These drawings are considered to be a full set of construction drawings and can be used to submit for permit and pricing. These are not 'concept' plans. After downloading the PDF it can be sent to a local printer or office supply store for printing the full size 18"x24" sheets.
