The #407 is a 24' x 38' 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath Tiny Home totaling 847 sq. ft. The Cabin design includes a covered front porch, generously sized great room with large windows and cozy fireplace open to the kitchen and dining room with full height vaulted ceilings.
This Cabin was designed for efficiency, practicality and beauty. These drawings are considered to be a full set of construction drawings and can be used to submit for permit and pricing. These are not 'concept' plans. After downloading the PDF it can be sent to a local printer or office supply store for printing the full size 18"x24" sheets.
